01 / The method

Ink, screens and repeatable results.

Starting minimum

24 units per design

Additional production requirements are confirmed during quoting.

Screen printing pushes ink through a prepared stencil onto fabric. Each printed color uses its own screen, which makes artwork preparation, placements and print quantities part of the production plan. It is especially effective for repeatable graphics, bold color and coordinated apparel runs.

How to get started

Tell us the garment, quantity, artwork and print locations. We'll recommend the right ink, setup and production approach.

02

Production consistency

Screen setups support repeat runs once artwork, separation, ink selection and registration are approved.

03

Ink and finish options

Choose from suitable standard and specialty approaches after we review the fabric and intended feel of the print.

02 / Production

How screen printing works.

01

Review the job

Confirm blank garments, sizes, quantities, artwork and print placement for each design.

02

Prepare the screens

Separate artwork by print color, make the screens and confirm sizing and registration.

03

Print and cure

Run the approved designs on the selected garments, cure the ink and inspect the finished prints.

What to send us.

You do not need production-ready files to request a quote. Send what you have and we'll review the details.

  • 01Upload vector artwork when available, or the highest-resolution image you have.
  • 02Identify each print location, such as front, back, sleeve or left chest.
  • 03Let us know if your designs require halftones, gradients or special ink finishes.

04 / Questions

Good to know.

How many pieces do I need for screen printing?

Our starting minimum is 24 units per design. Multiple designs, garments or different production setups may affect the final minimum, which we'll confirm in your quote.

Can I print on different shirt colors?

Yes. Garment colors can be coordinated within an order, but ink choices and underbase requirements depend on the artwork and fabric. Tell us the colors you have in mind.

Is screen printing right for photographic artwork?

Sometimes. Detailed or photographic art may require separations and halftones. Depending on the quantity and artwork, DTF or DTG may be a better fit.
