Decoration methods / Production guide

01 / The method

A design built stitch by stitch.

Starting minimum

12 units per design

Additional production requirements are confirmed during quoting.

An embroidered design is translated into a stitch program that guides the machine across the garment. Thread density, stitch direction, fabric support and design size all influence the result. The method works particularly well for logos and marks that need a tactile, long-lasting presentation.

How to get started

Send your logo and tell us where it needs to go. We'll evaluate stitch size, fabric and whether flat, tonal or dimensional embroidery makes sense.

Where it works best

01

Headwear and accessories

A strong fit for caps, beanies, bags and other structured or suitable textile products.

02

Uniforms and workwear

Stitched branding offers a professional finish on polos, jackets and employee apparel.

03

Dimensional detail

Explore flat stitching, tonal thread or raised effects when the artwork and substrate support them.

02 / Production

How embroidery works.

01

Evaluate artwork

Confirm logo complexity, lettering size, thread colors and proposed garment placement.

02

Digitize the design

Prepare a stitch file with the right sequencing, density and underlay for the material.

03

Stitch and inspect

Hoop or stabilize the garment, stitch the approved design and review the finish and position.

03 / Artwork

What to send us.

You do not need production-ready files to request a quote. Send what you have and we'll review the details.

  • 01Provide your logo as vector art if possible; a clear image also works for initial review.
  • 02Identify the garment type and location, such as cap front, left chest or sleeve.
  • 03Very small text and extremely fine artwork may need adjustments to stitch cleanly.

04 / Questions

Good to know.

What is the embroidery minimum?

The published starting minimum is 12 units per design. We confirm the final quantity requirements for the selected garment, design and embroidery setup.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing converts artwork into machine stitching instructions. It is different from simply uploading an image and helps establish stitch direction, order and density.

Can every logo be embroidered?

Most marks can be adapted, but tiny text, gradients and very thin details may require simplification or a different decoration method.
