DTG PRINTING.
Decoration methods / Production guide
01 / The method
DTG uses a specialized garment printer to apply inks directly to the textile. Fabric composition, color, pretreatment and curing are important to the final print. It is often considered for detailed designs where direct fabric printing is preferable to an applied transfer.
How to get started
Share your artwork and garment preference. We'll check fabric compatibility, color requirements and whether DTG is the right method.
Useful for suitable multicolor illustrations and artwork with subtle tonal changes.
The design is printed onto the garment itself instead of arriving as a separate transfer.
A useful option to evaluate when traditional screen setups are not the best match for the artwork or run.

Prepare artwork at the appropriate size and print directly onto the selected garment.
03
Cure the printed ink and verify color, placement and overall finish.

You do not need production-ready files to request a quote. Send what you have and we'll review the details.
04 / Questions
Cotton-rich fabrics are often a strong match, but compatibility depends on the specific garment and equipment. We'll confirm suitability before quoting.
No. DTG prints directly onto suitable fabric. DTF prints onto film, then transfers the finished graphic using heat and pressure.
We evaluate DTG quantities and suitability during quoting. Tell us the estimated range, even if you're still deciding.
